The Agricultural Committee was reorganised as the International Co-operative Agricultural Organisation(ICAO) in compliance with the decision of the ICA General Assembly in Tokyo |

ICAO General Meeting was held on October 15, 2001 in Seoul, Korea. The ICAO meeting was held in association with ICA General Assembly and other related events. Annual ICAO General Meeting took place on October 9th, 2006 in Lisbon, Portugal in conjunction with ICA Regional Assembly in Europe. Mr. WON, Churll-Hee was elected to ICAO President for another term (4 years). New Secretary General, Mr. LYU, Keun-Won from the NACF replaced Mr. LEE, Shil-Kwan |

2005 ICAO General Assembly was held on September 20st, 2005 in Cartagena, Colombia in conjunction with ICA General Assembly. Mr. CHUNG, Dae-kun, the Chairman of the NACF was elected to new ICAO President. ICAO was renamed from Specialized Organization to "Sectoral Organization" of the ICA |
